Customers will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. Emma's Girly Stuff is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Emma's Girly Stuff, we want you to be thrilled with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Emma’s team discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed. Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
